Extra Legroom

Are your customers travelling in Economy and want some additional space? They may be able to choose one of our extra legroom seats. If the extra legroom seat is in an exit row, confirm your customer meets the travel requirements and additional conditions before making your selection.

Extra Legroom seats are complimentary for Platinum One members.

Preferred Seats

If your customers want to make sure that they are seated in the forward half of the cabin, choose one of our preferred seats and they can enjoy sitting towards the front of Economy class. 

Preferred seats are complimentary for Platinum One, Platinum and Gold members.   

Standard Seats

Your customers can choose a Standard Seat when booking their flight and receive 50% off. This offer is available to your customers who are travelling on Economy Sale fares on selected Qantas international flights between Hong Kong and Australia or New Zealand. 

Standard Seats are complimentary for Platinum One, Platinum, Gold or Silver members. 

Please note that only Hong Kong-based travel agents who are participating in the Qantas Channel, and make bookings using content from the Qantas Distribution Platform, can unlock this offer for their customers.

When shopping via the Qantas Distribution Platform, you can access this offer for your customer when you see ‘Seat Offer’ in your shopping response. Additionally, the price will show the applied discount where the search criteria qualifies for the offer. Please check with your Technology Partner to ensure that you are connected to the Qantas Distribution Platform and to understand how these special offers will be displayed for your agency.
