How can I access this special offer for my customer?
To access this offer when shopping for your Qantas Frequent Flyer customer, you must include your customer’s Qantas Frequent Flyer number, surname and first initial. This ensures the Qantas Distribution Platform will recognise your customer. You can then identify where this offer is available when you see ‘QFF Flight Price Offer’ in the shopping response. Please check with your Technology Partner to ensure that you are connected to the Qantas Distribution Platform and to understand how these special offers will be displayed for your agency.
To be eligible for this offer, your customer must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer. Non-members can join the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program for free here. This free join link is only available to Hong Kong residents.
