Learning Hub Help and Support

You’ll find a wide range of learning modules available in the Learning Hub covering operational, product and destination. Our learning modules are created using engaging media to offer something to everyone. 

You can set your preferred language for the Learning Hub during sign-up or update it later in your profile settings. Learning Hub courses - Learning Hub courses are available in English across all regions, with French and Japanese courses offered in their respective regions. 

Absolutely. The Qantas Learning Hub is a secure digital platform.  

You can access the Learning Hub 24/7. For optimum view of learning programs, its best to use a laptop or desktop computer.

In October 2021 the Learning Hub moved to a new platform. This requires all agents to re-register for the Learning Hub.

It’s easy. Just click on the Register button located on the Qantas Agency Connect learning hub page and complete the registration form. You’ll receive an automated email response with your confirmed access details within a few minutes.  You can then access the Hub and update your user profile.

Yes. You need to be a registered Travel Agent with a valid IATA/TIDS number to access the Qantas Learning Hub. 

Registration is quick and easy. After entering your name, email address and access code, you’ll receive an automated email to complete your profile. You are then ready to learn with us.

Click on the Forgot Password link on the login screen. You’ll then be asked to enter your email address to reset your password. Check your email for instructions.

1. Ensure you have selected your region from the drop-down menu on the sign-up form and completed all fields.
   Note: Your Agency Sign-Up Code can be found under the region selection field.
2. After submitting the form, you should see a confirmation message on the screen stating you’ve been added to a team.
3. If no confirmation appears, it could be because you already have a Learning Hub account—try the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the sign-in page.
4. If no confirmation appears, and you don’t already have a Learning Hub account, please contact us.
