As travel restrictions are easing across the country, we’re adjusting our scheduled services to re-introduce flights and routes over the coming months.

Some Australian states and territories have introduced new measures, including additional health and safety protocols, in response to Coronavirus that may impact interstate travel.
Before travel, ensure your customers check the latest government travel requirements, which may include mandatory health declarations, use of face masks, entry permits, pre-approval and quarantine (possibly at their own expense), or they could be denied entry.

Due to the reduction in travel demand and government restrictions we have temporarily changed some of our services. This includes a significantly reduced food and beverage and inflight entertainment offering, as well as the closure of selected lounges, meeting rooms and valet parking.

Please remember to check our airport service changes page for the most up to date information on Domestic and International lounge openings and updates. Lounge access eligibility conditions apply. Temporary measures have been put in place across the Qantas lounge network including capacity restrictions, physical distancing requirements and changes to our food and beverage service offerings. Business, Gold Frequent Flyers and Qantas Club members can visit the First Lounge subject to capacity limits until the neighbouring Business lounges reopen. Business customers, Platinum One, Platinum and Gold Frequent Flyers and Qantas Club members can access Air New Zealand lounges in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown, subject to opening hours and capacity limits. Please be advised that lounges are subject to capacity limits at the time of your customer’s visit. If your customer is flying domestically on Qantas, QantasLink or Jetstar within Australia, and on Jetstar within New Zealand, they may bring one guest to join them in a Qantas Club lounge. When visiting an international Qantas Club lounge, your customer is able to invite one guest each time they visit. Both your customer and their guest need to be travelling together further that day on the same flight.

± This offer applies to all Qantas operated flights for the following dates: Australian Domestic: booked between 21 May 2020 and 30 September 2021, for travel between 12 June 2020 and 28 February 2022. Trans-Tasman: booked between 15 October 2020 and 30 September 2021, for travel between 16 October 2020 and 28 February 2022. International: booked between 25 February 2021 and 30 September 2021, for travel between 1 November 2021 and 31 December 2022. Note: Qantas’ flights are scheduled 12 months in advance, so your customers’ preferred date might not be available at this time. If your customers decide to change the date of their travel, we'll waive the change fee. Your customers will need to change their flight before their scheduled date of departure and select a new travel date within 12 months of their original booking date. When your customers are ready to rebook, they'll also need to cover any fare increase for their new flight, if applicable. For all changes, applicable Fare Rules and the Qantas Conditions of Carriage apply.
