Brisbane International Airport (BNE) is the main airport serving Brisbane and South East Queensland, a 30 minute drive from the city centre on Airport Drive, Eagle Farm, Brisbane.
Flights
Qantas operates from two terminals in Brisbane.
Domestic terminal
Qantas flights QF400 and above operate from the Domestic Terminal
International terminal
Qantas flights QF1-QF399 operate from this terminal.

Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.
Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines.
Online check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes two hours before international flight departures.
Airport check-in closes 1 hour before flight departure.

All customers arriving at Brisbane must collect their baggage and clear customs and immigration, regardless of their final destination.

Baggage carousels are located in the arrivals hall on level 2.

Brisbane Domestic and International Terminals are located 2km apart with easy access between the two terminals by either taxi or the complimentary Terminal Transfer Bus.
Customers continuing on a Qantas domestic flight will need to collect their bags and proceed to the Domestic Transfer desk located on Level 2. From there, make your way to the complimentary Terminal Transfer BusOpens in a new tab or window collection point for transfer to the Brisbane Domestic Terminal.

International to Domestic Terminal
Brisbane domestic and international terminals are located 2km apart with easy access between the two by either taxi or the complimentary Terminal Transfer Bus. If you're transferring from a domestic to an international flight, refer to the Brisbane Domestic Airport guide.
At the International Terminal
- Follow signs to Immigration and Passport Control
- You must collect your bags from the carousel, then proceed to Customs and Quarantine
- After exiting the customs area, turn right and drop your bags at the Qantas Domestic Transfers desk at the end of the arrivals hall
Complimentary Terminal Transfer Bus
To catch the bus, look for the orange Terminal Transfer Bus stop located outside the Domestic Terminal. Bus operating times are:
- Every day except Tuesdays: 4am to 1.30am
- Tuesdays: 4am to midnight
Buses run approximately every 10 minutes during operating hours.
At the Domestic Terminal
- If you have a boarding pass for your next flight, proceed through security
- If you don't have a boarding pass, check in for your next flight
- Check airport monitors for up-to-date flight departure and boarding times
