What flights are eligible for this offer?
Qantas operated flights with a ‘QF’ flight number between New Zealand and Australia in all cabins.
When will I receive my bonus Qantas Points?
Bonus Qantas Points may take up to six weeks after booking to be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
When will I receive my bonus Status Credits?
Bonus Status Credits may take up to six weeks after completion of travel to be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
What do Status Credits count towards?
Status Credits count towards retaining your current membership tier or reaching the next membership tier. To attain or retain your status the required number of Status Credits must be earned and in your Frequent Flyer account by the end of your current membership year.
What do bonus Status Credits count towards?
Bonus Status Credits earned from this offer also count towards retaining or attaining your membership tier however bonus Status Credits earned from this offer do not count towards Loyalty Bonus, Platinum Bonus Reward, Platinum One Bonus Reward and Status Accelerator/Challenge earn requirements.
How many bookings can I make?
There is no limit to the number of eligible flight bookings that can be made during the promotional period.
Will I earn bonus Qantas Points and double Status Credits if use ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ to make my booking?
If you book your eligible flight during the promotion period, you will earn the bonus Qantas Points and Status Credits regardless of payment date. You will not earn bonus Qantas Points or Status Credits if you do not complete your payment on the advised payment due date. If you book your eligible flight outside the promotion period and pay for your booking within the promotion period, your booking will not be eligible to earn the bonus Qantas Points and Status Credits.
If I receive another bonus offer will both offers count for my booking?
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one offer can be applied to an eligible flight segment. If you qualify and register for multiple bonus offers for the same flight, the highest value bonus offer will be applied to each individual qualifying segment.
What happens if my flight is changed or cancelled by Qantas?
We may make some changes to our schedule as a result of various government restrictions and to the associated impacts of COVID-19. If we’ve cancelled your Qantas flight, we'll rebook you on the next available flight to your booked destination (if possible), at no additional cost to you. Alternatively, you can choose a flight credit or a refund. You won’t be charged any change or cancellation fees.
What happens if I want to change my flight?
Until 31 July 2021, when you make a new booking on any eligible Qantas operated flight, you’ll enjoy added flexibility with unlimited fee-free date changes and the option to change the date of your travel as often as you need. For more information visit Fly Flexible.
Full or part travel of an itinerary is eligible only for this bonus Qantas Points and double Status Credits offer if you book and travel within the promotional dates as listed above. If you cancel your initial qualifying booking or change it to be outside the promotional period, this bonus offer will not apply.
Are Qantas Flight vouchers eligible for this offer?
Flight Vouchers purchased and redeemed for an eligible flight booking made during the promotion will earn bonus Qantas Points and double Status Credits. Flight Vouchers purchased but not redeemed for an eligible flight booking (for flights that are not booked or travelled within the booking or travel period dates), will not earn bonus Qantas Points or double Status Credits.
Are Qantas Flight Credits eligible for this offer?
Once you've regsitered for this promotion, Flight Credits redeemed for an eligible booking and flight during the promotion period will earn bonus Qantas Points and double Status Credits. You can redeem your Flight Credit through Manage booking, by entering the credit reference number and your last name.
How do I book?
Flights can be booked via the Qantas website, a travel agent or Qantas Contact Centres. Fees and charges may apply.
You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem Qantas Points and Status Credits. A joining fee may apply. Membership, Points and Status Credits are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions.
