How can I access this special offer for my Qantas Frequent Flyer customer?
To access this offer when shopping for your Qantas Frequent Flyer customer, you must include your customer’s Qantas Frequent Flyer number, surname and first initial. This ensures the Qantas Distribution Platform will recognise your customer. You can then identify where this offer is available when you see ‘QFF Flight Price Offer’ in the shopping response. Please check with your Technology Partner to understand how this offer will be displayed for your agency.
To be eligible for this offer, your customer must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer. Non-members can join the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program for free here.
Special price offers for Qantas Frequent Flyers will be available from time to time and on specific flights, routes and destinations via the Qantas Distribution Platform. Please check with your Technology Partner to ensure that you are connected to the Qantas Distribution Platform and to understand how these special price offers will be displayed for your agency.
All Qantas flights from Australia to Singapore are designated as Vaccinated Travel Lane services (subject to government and regulatory approval). In line with Singapore government requirements, only fully vaccinated passengers can travel on these flights and medical exemptions are not accepted.
Whether your customer is travelling from, to or within Australia, please also ensure you check the latest government travel requirements, which may include mandatory health declarations, vaccinations, use of face masks, entry permits, pre-approval and quarantine (possibly at your customer’s own expense), or they could be denied entry.
