Where can I view this special offer when shopping for my customer?
When shopping via the Qantas Distribution Platform, you are able to view the 5% Dynamic Commission that applies to your customer’s itinerary in the Offer Price response. You can identify when Dynamic Commission is applicable, when the text ‘Dynamic Flight Commission’ is displayed in the Offer Price response. Please check with your Technology Partner to understand how this offer will be displayed for your agency.
This Dynamic Commission special offer follows the recent announcement by Qantas, with the Qantas Distribution Platform having the capability to offer Dynamic Commissions to Travel Agents.
Dynamic Commissions will be available from time-to-time on selected Qantas international and domestic fares and flights delivering revenue opportunities for our Travel Agents. When shopping via the Qantas Distribution Platform, you will be able to see the commission that applies on a particular Qantas itinerary and if Dynamic Commission is applicable.

Access to Dynamic Commissions is dependent on the capability of your Technology Partner. Please check with your Technology Partner to find out when Dynamic Commissions will be available for bookings by your agency.

Disclaimer: *Offer open for Travel Agencies participating in the Qantas Channel. Booking must be made using content from the Qantas Distribution Platform. This offer applies to Qantas operated domestic flights with a QF flight number. A domestic flight must be booked on eligible triangle routes for the commission to be applied. Flights operated by Jetstar are excluded. The 5% Dynamic Commission special offer will be applied to published base fares in Economy only and excludes applicable taxes and fees. When the order is ticketed, the applied Dynamic Commission on the offer will be processed using standard BSP or ARC processes. Qantas may withdraw or extend this offer at any time. All travel is subject to availability, the Qantas Conditions of Carriage and fare rules applicable to the booking. Standard fare conditions apply. If your customer makes changes to their booking which requires additional payment by the customer, the Dynamic Commission may not apply to any additional collection amount required on the new ticket. You will be able to view the commission that is applicable to the additional collection amount. Where a schedule change or disruption occurs, the original ticketed commission amount will continue to apply. If your customer’s booking is refunded, the Dynamic Commission applied to the booking will be recalled using standard BSP processes. Offer commences 12.01am AEDT 2 November 2021 and ends 11.59pm AEDT 5 November 2021, unless sold out prior. Travel period is from 2 November 2021 – 31 March 2022.
