You can update the language of the Learning Hub by choosing your preferred language from our sign-up form, or after signing up via your profile settings. Please note that currently, our learning content is only created in English.

In October 2021 the Learning Hub moved to a new platform. This requires all agents to re-register for the Learning Hub.
It’s easy. Just click on the Register button located on the Qantas Agency Connect learning hub page and complete the registration form. You’ll receive an automated email response with your confirmed access details within a few minutes. You can then access the Hub and update your user profile.
Yes. You need to be a registered Travel Agent with a valid IATA/TIDS number to access the Qantas Learning Hub.
Registration is quick and easy. After entering your name, email address and access code, you’ll receive an automated email to complete your profile. You are then ready to learn with us.
Click on the Forgot Password link on the login screen. You’ll then be asked to enter your email address to reset your password. Check your email for instructions.
