Application requirements

In order to apply for the Qantas Channel you need to:

Be a registered Agency on the Qantas Agency Connect website If you are not registered to Qantas Agency Connect follow these steps to create an account.
Hold an Account Manager profile for your agency As a registered account manager you can update and manage your agency's profile, including applying for the Qantas Channel agreement.
Have not previously registered on the Qantas channel agreement

As an agency manager, if you have already applied for the Qantas Channel agreement, you can track the progress of your application by logging in and visiting the My Agency Profile dashboard.

NB: Once your Qantas Channel application has been submitted, your GDS or Certified Technology Partner has 30 days to validate the information and provide confirmation to Qantas. Your application will move through these statuses.

1. Update your PCC/OID details via My Agency Profile

We use your agency's Pseudo City Code or Office ID to verify that you've entered into an agreement with your GDS for access to the Qantas Channel


As an agency manager, you can manage your Agency's PCCs and Office IDs through My Agency Profile.

If your agency has a one-to-one agreement with a GDS or Certified Technology Partner, please complete your Qantas Channel registration as an Independent Agency.

If your agency manages the GDS or Certified Technology Partner contract on behalf of other Agencies or your Agency has multiple IATA, TIDS or ARC numbers (more than one and up to 25), please complete your Qantas Channel registration as a Multi-Agency.

   

  
 

Does your Agency have more than 25 IATA, TIDS or ARC numbers?

Registration for the Qantas Channel will happen at head office level. You should contact your head office to confirm your agency’s participation.

Providing your Customer ID for Qantas Channel Registration

Your Customer ID is different to your PCC/OID. When registering for the Qantas Channel, you will need to enter your PCCs/OIDs in the PCC/OID tab via My Agency Profile before you commence the Qantas Channel registration.

If your agency has a GDS Customer ID, you need to enter this when you select your GDS during the Qantas Channel registration. Sabre and Sabre Asia Pacific customers must enter their Customer ID.
