1. Rebook the flights in the GDS
2. Cancel the booking in the Qantas Distribution Platform
3. If you do not have access to the GDS, then contact the Qantas Agency Connect or Sales Support team in your region, to rebook
4. Contact the Qantas Agency Connect or Sales Support team in your region, who will reissue the ticket
Note: Where Qantas operated and marketed flight/s are unavailable, please contact the Qantas Agency Connect or Sales Support team in your region, before cancelling the original PNR to request the flight/s to be transferred to the new PNR.
