How to earn Qantas Points with Budget
1. Join
Join Qantas Business Rewards free.
2. Book
Book a vehicle via your Qantas Business Rewards Account and include the Frequent Flyer number of the traveller at the time of booking.

Book a vehicle via qantas.comOpens in a new tab or window and include the Qantas Business Rewards Member’s ABN at the time of booking.
OR
Book a vehicle direct through Budget, a travel agent or call 1300 362 848, you must first join Budget for BusinessOpens in a new tab or window using the ABN associated with your Qantas Business Rewards Account, and include or quote your company Budget Fastbreak number and the Frequent Flyer number of the traveller when booking.
3. Earn
Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Business Rewards Account within 30 days of travel completion.

*A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for Budget customers. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the Budget Terms and Conditions. Qantas Business Rewards Members will earn 4 Qantas Points for the business and the renter will also receive 4 Qantas Points per $1 spent on Time and Kilometre charges (the daily base rate) on qualifying rental rates in Australia only when booking via qantas.com or through your Business Rewards Account. Members can also be eligible to earn Qantas Points with Budget by joining Budget for Business using their Qantas Business Rewards membership ABN, and book car hire through Budget or by calling 1300 362 848 and include or quote their company Budget Fastbreak number when booking. Qantas Points are not accrued on fees nor charges including but not limited to excess kilometers, one-way fees, airport fees, late return fees, collection or recovery costs, roadside callout fees or any other ancillary product. The number of Qantas Points earned is limited to 240,000 per year. Unless otherwise specified by Budget, Qantas Points for business will not be earned for vehicle rentals purchased as part of package holidays, free vehicle rentals, vehicle rentals at industry discount rates, vehicle rentals using Award vouchers or discount certificates or contracted corporate or government rates. Rentals that earn Qantas Points for business will not earn Budget Business Club free rental day coupons. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members' Business Rewards Account within 30 days of rental completion. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to Budget by calling 1800 150 278 or emailing customer.service@budget.com.au.
