Important information

A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for the business. * Members will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $7 paid to the ATO by credit or debit card (outside of a bonus offer period), 1 Qantas Point for every $10 paid to all other billers by credit or debit card and 1 Qantas Point for every $3 paid to a biller by bank account for Bank Accelerator standard and 1 Qantas Point for every $1 paid to a biller by Bank Account for Bank Accelerator Plus. Businesses must ensure the ABN registered with Qantas Business Rewards is saved in the B2Bpay customer profile or entered online when paying in order to earn Qantas Points. B2Bpay Billers will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $20 of customer payments made by customers using VISA or Mastercard via the Public WebPay payment portal supplied by B2Bpay (an ‘eligible payment’) and featured on the Biller’s invoice or statement template. Excludes failed or refunded payments and may not be available to businesses on enterprise or special pricing plans.

Membership and Qantas Points are subject to Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points for business are offered under the Yak Pay Terms and Conditions. Yak Pay and Payment Logic customers who have linked their Qantas Business Rewards Account will earn 1 Qantas Point for every $4 processed via Yak Pay Bank Transfer as standard, 1 Qantas Point for every $10 spent on card payments as standard, and up to 10 additional bonus Qantas Points for every $1 processed when opting in for the Rewards Accelerator. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to Yak Pay or Payment Logic as applicable. This offer is open to new and existing Yak Pay or Payment Logic customers. The promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 3 February, 2025, to 31 March, 2025. To qualify for the 15% more Qantas Points, customers must make card or Bank Transfer payments using the Rewards Accelerator with a tier of Silver or higher. The Rewards Accelerator tiers that are eligible for this offer include: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Tungsten, Black and Diamond. The total Qantas Points issued is calculated by multiplying the bonus Rewards Accelerator points earned on eligible payments by 15%. For example, if the customer were to earn 10,000 Qantas Points on eligible payments made during the Promotion period, they would earn an additional 1,500 Qantas Points. The 15% more Qantas Points earned on qualifying payments will be automatically issued in April 2025. The Promotion is available exclusively to new Payment Logic and Yak Pay clients who sign up between 3 February 2025 and 31 March 2025, and link their Qantas Business Rewards Account. Existing clients who have linked their Qantas Business Rewards Account or did not have a reward program connected to their Payment Logic or Yak Pay accounts prior to 3 February 2025 are also eligible. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer. The Rewards Accelerator promotion is subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

RewardPay customers who have linked their Qantas Business Rewards account can earn 1 Qantas Point for every $2 paid (when paying a RewardPay fee of 0.99% +GST) or 1 Qantas Point for every $1 paid (when paying a RewardPay fee of 1.8% +GST) on American Express credit card payments, including on eligible government payments. Eligible government payments include the ATO and State Revenue Office. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members' Business Rewards Account within one week of an eligible payment being processed. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under this offer must be made directly to RewardPay as applicable. Businesses must ensure the ABN registered with Qantas Business Rewards is saved in the RewardPay customer profile in order to earn Qantas Points.

~New pay.com.au customers will receive 20,000 bonus Qantas Points (‘Bonus Qantas Points’) for their business if: a) they successfully open a new pay.com.au account using referral code QBR20 between 3 February and 31 March 2025 and successfully link a valid Qantas Business Rewards Account to their pay.com.au account; and b) within 30 days from opening their pay.com.au account, process at least AU$10,000 of Eligible Payments through pay.com.au using an Eligible Payment Method.
