Each Jetstar fare comes with different inclusions and change policies that will be displayed when booking to help you determine which fare will best suit your travel needs.
The Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Business Rewards Account within 14 days from your date of travel with Jetstar.
Your business will be able to earn Qantas Points on eligible Jetstar flights. The Qantas Business Rewards Member's ABN and the traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer number must be quoted at the time of booking.
When booking on jetstar.com you must select the loyalty inclusion ‘Qantas Points’ with your booking and add both your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number and enter your ABN registered with your Qantas Business Rewards Account to earn the Qantas Points for your business.
Your business will be able earn to Qantas Points as a Qantas Business Rewards member on all eligible Jetstar Australian domestic flights as well as international flights departing or returning to Australia. However domestic New Zealand, international flights departing or returning to New Zealand with the exception of trans tasman flights, Jetstar Japan or Jetstar Asia flights are not eligible for Qantas Points for Qantas Business Rewards members.
As per the Qantas Business Airline Reward Scheme Terms and Conditions, your business will not be eligible to earn Qantas Points on Jetstar flights if:
a. you have your principal place of business outside of Australia;
b. you have a corporate or other private airfares agreement, discount or rebate provided by Qantas including through a third party arrangement, unless agreed by Qantas;
c. you are a travel agent, travel wholesaler or travel consolidator;
d. you are other sellers or re-sellers of air travel; or
e. you are not registered for GST or are not incorporated entities (except for those Members who joined before 01 Feb 2017).
Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Business Rewards Account for eligible Jetstar flights within 14 days from your date of travel. Qantas Points will be awarded after each segment of your trip.
Yes, you can earn Qantas Points as a Qantas Business Rewards member after booking an eligible Jetstar flight, provided you join and activate your Business Account at least 2 days prior to your flight. You can join the program for free (saving $89.50 one off joining fee) here. These Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Business Rewards Account within 14 days after your flight for each segment flown.
You will be able to manage your Jetstar flight booking via the booking channel you purchased your flight through.
If you purchased your flight booking through qantas.com then you will be able to manage your booking through the Qantas website, however, this flight will not be eligible to earn Qantas Points as a Qantas Business Rewards member.

Qantas Points will be awarded in your Business Account within 14 days after the date of travel for each segment flown on eligible Jetstar fares. If more than 14 days have passed and you haven’t received your Qantas Points please check the below validity criteria before contacting Jetstar.
In your booking, if you booked via jetstar.com, you must have selected ‘Qantas Points’ as your loyalty inclusion and input both your Qantas Frequent Flyer number along with the ABN linked to your Qantas Business Rewards Account to receive these points.
If you booked via your Qantas Business Rewards Account, ensure the Qantas Frequent Flyer for each traveller is included in your booking to receive the Qantas Points for your business.

Ω Qantas Points are earned for both the business and the traveller for each segment travelled on Eligible Jetstar Flights by a Qantas Business Rewards member, provided a Member's ABN and traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number are provided at the time of booking. An Eligible Jetstar Flight means a flight operated by Jetstar Airways Australia, with a JQ flight number designator (excluding New Zealand domestic flights and international flights departing or returning to New Zealand with the exception of Trans-Tasman flights) that includes an Eligible Jetstar Fare as defined in the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. An Eligible Jetstar Fare means Jetstar Economy Flex, Jetstar Economy Flex Plus, Jetstar Economy Max or Jetstar Business Max bundle or any other bundle referred to in the Airline Table but excludes Jetstar Starter fares without a bundle. Only Eligible Jetstar Fares booked and flown through a Member’s Qantas Business Rewards Account, jetstar.com, qantas.com or a travel agent with the ability to provide Jetstar with both a Member's Frequent Flyer number and ABN can earn Qantas Points for Qantas Business Rewards Members. The number of Qantas Points earned for the business is determined in accordance with the Airline Earn Table and can be calculated by applying the percentage Earn Rate of 20% to the number of Qantas Points earned by a Bronze Qantas Frequent Flyer member in each respective booking class, as specified in the Qantas Frequent Flyer Categories in the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program, for the applicable travel date. A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member and registered for GST or be an Australian public or private entity or other incorporated company, and not be a travel agent or on a corporate deal with Qantas to earn Qantas Points for the business from flying.
