How to earn Qantas Points with pay.com.au
1. Create Account
Create a free pay.com.au account and access 30 days of their lowest processing rates at no extra cost.
2. Connect
Log into your pay.com.au. account, select ‘PayRewards’, and choose to convert PayRewards Points into Qantas Points. You will need to be a Qantas Business Rewards member to earn Qantas Points. If you don’t have a Qantas Business Rewards account, you can join here free.
3. Make Payments
Earn up to 2 PayRewards points per $1 on business payments made through through pay.com.au.
4. Transfer PayRewards
Transfer your PayRewards Points to Qantas Points for every 2.5 PayRewards Points earn 1 Qantas Point^.
5. Use Qantas Points
The Qantas Points will be automatically available in your Qantas Business Rewards account where you can use the Qantas Points your business earns to reward yourself or reinvest back in your business with a range of rewards including flights, upgrades and more~.
Important Information
A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for the business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for PayRewards Members. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the pay.com.au Terms and Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions.
^Qantas Points for the business are earned under the pay.com.au Terms. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points under the Rewards Scheme must be made directly to the Program Partner. Qantas Points will be credited to the Members’ Business Rewards account within 14 days of transfer. PayRewards Points can be transferred to Qantas Points when Members log into their pay.com.au Account. Two and a half PayRewards Points can be transferred for one Qantas Point. Any claims in relation to Qantas Points must be made directly to the Program Partner by emailing support@pay.com.au.
*New pay.com.au customers will receive 20,000 bonus Qantas Points (‘Bonus Qantas Points’) for their business if: a) they successfully open a new pay.com.au account using referral code QBR20 between 3 February and 31 March 2025 and successfully link a valid Qantas Business Rewards Account to their pay.com.au account; and b) within 30 days from opening their pay.com.au account, process at least AU$10,000 of Eligible Payments through pay.com.au using an Eligible Payment Method. Eligible Payment Methods on the pay.com.au payments platform are credit card transactions or bank transfers where PayRewards are earned. ~A business can redeem Qantas Points directly from their Qantas Business Rewards account on Classic Flight Rewards or Points Plus Pay flights, paid seat selection and additional baggage allowance (when purchased at time of flight booking), and/or transfer Qantas Points out of the Qantas Business Rewards accounts into any individual’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account. In order to transfer or directly redeem Qantas Points from a Qantas Business Rewards account, the business account must have a balance of at least 3,000 Qantas Points. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn, transfer and redeem Qantas Points as an individual. A joining fee may apply.
