Terms and Conditions
1) Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Headings in this document are included for ease of reference, and do not affect interpretation in any way.
2) The promoter is Qantas Airways Limited (ABN 16 009 661 901) of 10 Bourke Road, Mascot, NSW 2020 (telephone number 13 74 78) (Promoter).
Duration
3) All references to time in this document are a reference to the local time in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on the date stated. The promotion commences at 12:01am, 3 February 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 July 2025 (Promotion Period).
Eligibility to enter
4) Entry is open only to Qantas Business Rewards members with an activated account (Eligible Entrants), excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families of Mike Da Silva and Associates (AUST) Pty Ltd ABN 50 003 894 022 (MDSA) and each of their related bodies corporate.
5) Eligible Entrants must not:
a) have a corporate or any other private airfares agreement, discount or rebate provided by Qantas (outside of the discounts available as a level 1, 2 or 3 Qantas Business Rewards member) including through a third party arrangement and/or
b) be a travel agent, travel wholesalers or travel consolidator and/or
c) be any other sellers or re-seller of air travel.
Entry into the promotion
6) To enter, Eligible Entrants who are 18 years of age or older must during the Promotion Period:
a) If they are an existing Qantas Business Rewards Member:
i) Register their entry for the promotion via https://www.qantas.com/au/en/business-rewards/exclusive-offers/QBES377.html by 31 March 2025;
ii) The registered Qantas Business Rewards Account must make an eligible flight booking, eligible Qantas Hotels booking or spend at least $1 with any Qantas Business Rewards program partner listed here by 11:59pm (AEST) 30 April 2025; and
iii) Receive Qantas Points from the booking (Eligible Booking) or transaction into their Qantas Business Rewards Account by 11:59pm (AEST) 31 July 2025.
b) If they are not an existing Qantas Business Rewards Member:
i) Join Qantas Business Rewards by 31 March 2025;
ii) Make an eligible flight, eligible Qantas Hotels booking or spend at least $1 with any Qantas Business Rewards program partner listed here by 11:59pm (AEST) 30 April 2025; and
iii) Receive Qantas Points from the booking (Eligible Booking) or transaction into their Qantas Business Rewards Account by 11:59pm (AEST) 31 July 2025.
7) Each Eligible Entrant who completes the steps in clause 6 will be automatically entered into the promotion. Eligible entrants will receive a maximum of one (1) entry per Qantas Business Rewards partner listed here and/or one (1) entry for every eligible flight booking or eligible Qantas Hotels booking made within the Promotion Period. Eligible entrants will receive one (1) additional entry if they have not earned with that Qantas Business Rewards partner in the last 18 months. The time period for earn is from 3 August 2023 to 3 February 2025
8) An Eligible Booking for the purpose of this promotions includes:
a) A flight booking: a domestic or international flight operated by Qantas, Emirates or American Airlines which has a Qantas 'QF' flight number on the ticket, where Qantas Points are normally earned by Qantas Business Rewards members, that is purchased in Australia; and has a ticket number commencing with '081'. An eligible Jetstar flight for the purpose of this promotion means a flight operated by Jetstar, with a JQ flight number designator that includes a Jetstar Eligible Bundle and is booked via your Business Account or jetstar.com and travelled for business where Qantas Points are normally earned. Qantas Points earned on air travel are determined in accordance with the Airline Earn Table. For full details, see the Qantas Business Rewards Airline Reward Scheme Terms and Conditions. The Qantas Business Rewards member's ABN and the traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number must be quoted at the time of booking.
b) A Qantas Hotels booking: hotel stays booked through qantas.com/hotels or their Qantas Business Rewards Account, except Classic Hotel Rewards, Airbnb bookings and holiday packages booked through qantas.com/holidays. Qantas Hotels Terms and Conditions apply. The Qantas Business Rewards member's ABN and the traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number must be included at the time of booking. Qantas Points can be earned on cash only purchases and the cash component of Points Plus Pay purchases on eligible bookings and will not be earned on cancelled or refunded bookings. A minimum spend of AUD $100 applies per booking. Members will not be able to earn points on additional charges paid to the accommodation provider for extras on check-in or check-out (as applicable). Qantas Points will be credited to your account within 9 weeks after check-out.
9) The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
10) The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
11) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Drawing of entries
12) The draw will take place at 10:00am (AEST) on Wednesday 13 August 2025. The draw will be conducted by Mike Da Silva Associates (MDSA), Level 16, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 (Drawer).
13) The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize
14) There will be one (1) Prize Draw and ten (10) prizes to be won in the Promotion, with a total prize pool of ten million (10,000,000) Qantas Points valued at $589,021.48 (incl GST). Each prize consists of one million (1,000,000) Qantas Points with a maximum notional value of $58,902.15 (incl GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes.
15) The estimate of the maximum notional value is provided for information purposes only. The maximum notional value of each prize will vary depending on whether and how it is redeemed by a winner through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the maximum notional value of each prize.
16) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the maximum value of each Prize. The Prize value is in Australian Dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
17) Each Prize is awarded and must be redeemed, in accordance with and subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program (qantas.com/terms), the Qantas Business Rewards program (qantas.com/qbr/terms) the Qantas Marketplace Terms of Use (marketplace.qantas.com/au), voucher terms and conditions (including expiry rules) if relevant, and any other terms and conditions disclosed at the time of redemption.
18) The redemption of each Prize is subject to the availability of Rewards that may be obtained through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
19) Within one month of the Prize Draw, the Prize will be credited to the Prize Winners into their Qantas Business Rewards account, provided that they are still a current and active Qantas Business Rewards member as per the Qantas Business Rewards membership Terms and Conditions.
20) In the event that a Prize is redeemed for Reward travel, the winners should be aware that the number of Reward flight seats available is limited and availability depends on the flight, date, season and destination and some flights may not have any Reward seats available. The winners will be responsible for all applicable taxes, fees and carrier charges of Reward travel or accommodation booked by redeeming their prize. Taxes, fees and carrier charges vary depending on departure points, routes, exchange rates and dates of travel, are subject to change without notice and are quoted at the time of booking. Reward flights must be booked at least 24 hours before scheduled departure (and other advance booking requirements may apply). Reward travel is subject to the fare rules and the Conditions of Carriage of the relevant carrier. Compliance with immigration, health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the winner.
21) The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person. No changes are permitted to travel arrangements once tickets are issued. If the prize is not utilised as stated it will be forfeited.
22) Qantas Airways Limited, its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
23) As per the terms and conditions of the Qantas Business Rewards program, Qantas Points in a Membership Account will expire at midnight Sydney, Australia time at the end of the 18th consecutive month for which the Member has not earned Qantas Points in Qantas Business Rewards, redeemed Qantas Points for Rewards, or transferred Qantas Points from a Membership Account to a QFF Member’s membership account.
Awarding of the prize
24) The prize will be awarded to the ABN that has met eligibility criteria and been drawn as a prize winner via automatic fulfilment into their Qantas Business Rewards Account after 13 August 2025 (Draw Date). Qantas Points will be credited to the prize winner’s Qantas Business Rewards Account within 28 days of the prize draw.
25) The ten (10) winners will be notified by email to the Account Holder within two business days of the draw and their last name and first initial will be published on the Promoter’s website from 15 August 2025 for a minimum of 28 days at https://www.qantas.com/au/en/business-rewards/info/b2b25-terms-and-conditions.htm. The postcode of any winner who is a South Australian resident will also be published unless that winner requests otherwise by calling the Qantas Business Rewards Contact Centre on 13 74 78 (available 7am to 7pm AEST, Monday to Friday) or +61 2 8222 2563 when outside Australia.
Right of the Promoter to redraw
26) The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed at 5:30pm on 13 November 2025, a second draw will be conducted by the Drawer on 14 November 2025 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any written direction given under applicable law. Any winners determined in accordance with the clause will be notified by email by 17 November 2025, and their last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Promoter’s website from 19 November 2025 for a minimum of 28 days.
Limitation of liability and variation of terms
27) If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
28) The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents (Promotion Parties) will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including negligence) and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy (Damages) whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential Damages, including Damages that cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of things, even if those Damages were in the contemplation of the Promotion Parties.
29) The exclusion of liability in clause 27 does not apply to limit or exclude liability:
a) for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the supply of goods or services which are supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business. To remove doubt: third party goods or services, which other than in connection with this promotion, are in the normal course of business supplied by a third party unrelated to the Promotion Parties, are not supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business and the Promoter’s Conditions of Carriage and general booking conditions (and any exclusions contained therein) apply despite any statement to the contrary in these terms and conditions; or
b) to the extent it is not permissible at law to limit or exclude liability in the manner contemplated in that clause (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
Entry details and privacy
30) Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize. Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes (including to third parties and any applicable statutory authorities). Without limiting the foregoing, entrants’ personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Statement, visit www.qantas.com/privacy to obtain a copy.
Tax Implications
31) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
Fringe Benefits Tax
32) Receipt of a prize may have Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) implications. To the extent that there is any FBT liability, this will be paid for by the employer of the recipient. The grossed-up value of a prize and any other Fringe Benefits the recipient receives during the course of the FBT year may be reported on the recipient's annual PAYG Payment Summary as required by taxation law.

33) The Promotion is authorised under NSW NTP/11824, ACT TP24/02878, and SA Licence No. T24/2208.
