Your Qantas Business Rewards Account has Qantas Points that are due to expire

 

It's easy to keep your Business Account active - simply earn or transfer points at least once every 18 months.

Your business' Qantas Points won't expire* provided you:

  • Earn Qantas Points from business spend through any of our program partners~
  • Transfer a minimum of 3,000 Qantas Points to any Qantas Frequent Flyer Account^
  • Use your points to book an available flight directly from your Qantas Business Rewards Account^

The 18 month time period starts from the date of your last eligible activity.

If your last activity was an eligible flight, the activity date is the date the flight was taken.

If the last activity was earning with a program partner other than Qantas, the activity date is as advised by the partner as it appears on your Points activity Statement.

Important information

* Qantas Points will expire at midnight Sydney, Australia time at the end of the 18th consecutive month for which the Member has not earned Qantas Points or transferred Qantas Points from a Membership Account to a Qantas Frequent Flyer member's membership account. Qantas Points are deemed to be earned on the date of an Eligible Flight, or in the case of other Program Partners, on the activity date as advised by the Program Partner and appearing on the Member's statement.

~ Qantas Points are offered under the applicable partner’s terms and conditions and earning thresholds may apply. Membership of Qantas Business Rewards and the earning of Qantas Points as a business are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions.

^ A business can redeem Qantas Points directly from their Qantas Business Rewards Account on Classic Flight Rewards or Points Plus Pay flights and/or transfer Qantas Points out of the Qantas Business Rewards Accounts into any individual’s Qantas Frequent Flyer Account. A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member and registered for GST or be an Australian Public or Private entity or other incorporated company, and not be a travel agent or on a Corporate Deal with Qantas to redeem Qantas Points on Classic Rewards and Points Plus Pay-flights. In order to transfer or directly redeem Qantas Points from a Qantas Business Rewards Account, the Business Account must have a balance of at least 3,000 Qantas Points. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn, transfer and redeem Qantas Points as an individual. A joining fee may apply. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. We recommend you consult your accountant or tax adviser to ensure you understand possible tax implications, for example fringe benefits tax (if applicable). A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member and registered for GST or be an Australian Public or Private entity or other incorporated company, and not be a travel agent or on a Corporate Deal with Qantas to redeem Qantas Points on Classic Rewards and Points Plus Pay-flights.   

~ Classic Flight Rewards are available on Qantas, Jetstar and select partner airlines. Seats are subject to capacity controls, availability is limited, and some flights may not have any Classic Flight Rewards available. Taxes, fees and carrier charges are payable to Qantas (excluding any amounts payable to third parties at the airport) in addition to the points required. Status Credits and Qantas Points will not be earned on Classic Flight Rewards. For a list of all Classic Flight Reward service fees, see the Fee Schedule in the program Terms and Conditions.

** Points Plus Pay allows you to choose the number of points you redeem above a specified minimum level and pay for the remainder with an accepted payment card (including VISA, MasterCard or American Express). Points Plus Pay Flights are available on any flight with a Qantas (QF) or Jetstar (JQ) flight number or selected partner airlines when travelling on a Qantas fare and booking on qantas.com for yourself or any eligible family member. As long as there is a seat available for sale, you can book a Points Plus Pay - Flight. The points required for a Points Plus Pay - Flight includes taxes, fees and carrier charges (except any local airport fees or charges collected at the time of check-in) are subject to change and are quoted at the time of booking. Qantas Points and Status Credits may not be earned on some fare types or on oneworld® alliance or airline partner flights. See the Airline Earning Tables for eligible flights and earning classes.
