Ways to book your business flights with Qantas Business Rewards

Business Account
Your Qantas Business Rewards Account allows you to book and manage your entire trip all in one place including flights, hotels and car hire for you and your team.
Your ABN is automatically added to your booking when you book from your Business Account, so your business earns points. You just need to add the traveller’s Frequent Flyer number to earn extra Qantas Points, for the business and the traveller.
Enjoy access to useful tools including creating and managing your business travel policy, real-time reporting, access to exclusive partner offers and more.
Booking as a stored traveller
Empower your team to book their own travel while never missing out on Qantas Points and savings when booking qantas.com or the Qantas app. Add them as a stored traveller in your Business Account. Then, they just need to log into their Frequent Flyer Account, open ‘Book a trip’ and select the "I'm travelling for" business toggle.
All stored travellers can access flight savings and earn Qantas Points for the business and themselves. If you’re not a stored traveller but add your ABN when booking, you’ll still earn Qantas Points for the business, but you’ll miss accessing your member savings.
Your company’s travel agent
As a Qantas Business Rewards member, access all your flight savings and Qantas Points by asking your travel agent to add your ABN and the traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer number to all bookings to earn points for the business and the traveller.
TIP: Redeem flights directly from your Business Account
Turn your business’ points balance into your next business flight to save on business expenses. You can book any available Classic Flight Reward seats or make a Points Plus Pay booking using a mix of cash and points across Qantas and selected partner airlines+, straight from your Qantas Business Rewards Account.

A one-off joining fee of $89.50 usually applies, is inclusive of any applicable GST and may be varied by Qantas from time to time, without notice, in its absolute discretion. Membership and Qantas Points for business are offered under the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions and earning thresholds apply.
+ Classic Flight Rewards are available on Qantas, Jetstar and select partner airlines. Seats are subject to capacity controls, availability is limited, and some flights may not have any Classic Flight Rewards available. Taxes, fees and carrier charges are payable to Qantas (excluding any amounts payable to third parties at the airport) in addition to the points required.
