Discover a seamless business booking experience with the ability to easily make and manage your team's flights, hotels, and car hire all in one place. Book and manage each travel component separately or combine them into one trip. Plus, it's all included as part of your Qantas Business Rewards membership so you can enjoy more value and more convenience at every step of your journey.
A ‘trip’ is a single or a combination of several individual bookings from flights, hotels and car hire made for the business. A ‘trip’ allows you to see all your business travel in a single view and filter to refine your results.
Start your booking in the search widget and follow the prompts throughout the booking flow.
At the Checkout page, you will have the ability to create a new trip or add to an existing trip. When creating a new trip, simply click on the ‘Choose a trip’ drop-down and select ‘+ Create new trip’.
You will be able to create a new title for your trip and add a description. These fields are both free format and give you the ability to customise the trip name as desired.
By default, the ‘Title of trip’ will be pre-filled with the date and destination you are in the process of booking.
Once you have successfully completed your booking and created a new trip, you will be able to view and manage your trip from the ‘Manage Trips’ page.
When in the trip view, you will be able to:
When you are ready to add more to your trip, simply select either ‘Add Flight’, ‘Add Hotel’ or ‘Add Car’ to start the booking process.
Some bookings may not be able to be managed online (such as Multi City Bookings, Domestic Name Changes or flights departing within 24hrs), but Qantas Business Rewards members can contact us for assistance in changing bookings on our Qantas Business Rewards Priority Service line on 13 74 78 and select option 2.
If your booking was originally made via your preferred travel agent, you’ll need to contact your agent to make changes to your booking.
