Your Qantas Frequent Flyer Account and your Qantas Business Rewards Account can work even better together when you connect them to ensure you never miss out on earning Qantas Points for your business.
Any Qantas Frequent Flyer who has a login to a Qantas Business Rewards Account can connect their two accounts. If your Frequent Flyer number is already saved in your Qantas Business Rewards Account profile, you will receive a prompt to connect your accounts next time you log in to qantas.com using your Frequent Flyer login details. If you don't receive this prompt you can still connect your accounts by going to your Frequent Flyer profile and selecting ‘Connect Business Rewards'.
If you use multiple Business Accounts, you can choose to connect your personal Frequent Flyer Account with one or more Business Accounts, depending on your preference.
If you are a business owner, it's a good idea to check who has access to your Business Account and their permissions. All people listed as Account Users in your account will now be able to connect their Frequent Flyer account to your Business Account. To see who has access and manage their permissions from the Business Account, hover over your business name to select ‘Manage users’ from the dropdown.
Log in to qantas.com using your Frequent Flyer membership number and PIN (not currently available on the Qantas App).
Navigate to your Profile page
From here, if your Frequent Flyer number is saved in your Business Account's Personal Profile you will be prompted to connect that account, click the ‘Get Started' button.
This will take you to the Connect Business Account page and show you the businesses that you can connect to. Click ‘Connect' next to the account you wish to link with your Frequent Flyer Account.
If you don't receive the prompts, you can still navigate to Your Profile and select ‘Connect Business Rewards' and click the ‘Connect' button, you will then be taken to the Connect page, where you can click ‘Connect a Business' and continue on to Step 5.
You will then be asked to enter your login details for your Business Account to finish connecting. Depending on when you last logged in, you may also be asked to complete two-factor authentication at this stage.
Once you have successfully connected your accounts, you will see a banner at the top of your account page and receive an email confirming your account connection.
Once connected:
No, any information related to your personal Qantas Frequent Flyer Account will not be displayed in your Qantas Business Rewards Account. Only you can see the information in your Frequent Flyer Account when you are logged in to qantas.com.
No, connecting your accounts just means it will be easier for you to access your benefits when you book flights for work through qantas.com while you're logged in to your Frequent Flyer Account. You can already, and will continue to be able to, access your Qantas Business Rewards Account benefits when you log in and book through qantasbusinessrewards.com, through your travel agent, or on the Qantas App.
Once you have connected your Frequent Flyer Account with your Qantas Business Rewards Account you will always have the option to disconnect these accounts if you no longer want them connected. Simply go to the ‘Connect Business Rewards' page in your Frequent Flyer profile and select ‘Disconnect' next to the Business Acount that you would like to disconnect from and you will receive an email confirming your disconnection.

~ A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member and registered for GST or be an Australian Public or Private entity or other incorporated company, and not be a travel agent or on a Corporate Deal with Qantas to earn Qantas Points for the business. Qantas Points for business are offered under the Qantas' Terms and Conditions and earning thresholds apply. Qantas Points earned on air travel are determined in accordance with the airline earn table. A Member's ABN and traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number must be quoted at the time of booking to earn Qantas Points for both the business and the traveller. An eligible flight means a domestic or international flight which has a Qantas 'QF' flight number on the ticket that is purchased in Australia; is operated by Qantas, Emirates or American Airlines; has a ticket number commencing with '081'; and is booked and travelled for business on or after the date the business registers for Qantas Business Rewards. Exclusions apply.
