Qantas Business Rewards Account 

We’ve introduced new features into your Qantas Business Rewards Account so you can now easily book and manage your business’ flights, hotels and car hire in one place. Enjoy the flexibility to manage each separately or as one comprehensive trip. Plus, access useful tools so you can create your business travel policy, access real-time reporting, exclusive partner offers and more - all included in your Qantas Business Rewards membership.   

Within your Business Account, you can:

  • Book it all: easily book and manage flights, hotels and car hire for your business, all in one place.
  • Track your membership: Monitor your business’ flying activity and membership level activity and progression. Plus, easily access your member flight savings and all the inclusions of your Qantas Business Rewards membership level.  
  • Check Qantas Points activity: Track incoming and outgoing Qantas Points, filter by date range or export a statement. Plus, easily redeem them on flights, upgrades and more.
  • Real-time reporting: Gain valuable insights into your team’s booking behaviour with the ability to track your business' travel spend and easily download expense reports.
  • Travel policy: Create and customise your business’ travel policies on price, cabin, hotel cancellation policy, car hire category and more.
  • Store details: Store your team as Stored Travellers, to make booking business travel more efficient. Plus, enable team ‘self-booking’ to save time when booking flights.
  • Limited-time offers: Access exclusive offers for your business and bonus point offers from our 50+ partners, all visible in your Business Account.

* A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points. A one-off joining fee of $89.50 applies, is inclusive of any applicable GST and may be varied by Qantas from time to time, without notice, in its absolute discretion. Membership and Qantas Points for business are offered under the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions and earning thresholds apply.

+ A business can redeem Qantas Points directly from their Qantas Business Rewards account on Classic Flight Rewards, Points Plus Pay bookings, Classic Upgrade Rewards, paid seat selection and additional baggage allowance (when purchased at time of flight booking), and/or transfer Qantas Points out of the Qantas Business Rewards Accounts into any individual's Qantas Frequent Flyer account. In order to transfer or directly redeem Qantas Points from a Qantas Business Rewards Account for Classic Flight Rewards, the Business Account must have a balance of at least 3,000 Qantas Points. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn, receive transfers and redeem Qantas Points as an individual. A joining fee may apply. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. We recommend you consult your accountant or tax adviser to ensure you understand possible tax implications, for example fringe benefits tax (if applicable). Seat selection: You can select your seat on all Qantas operated flights (excluding select regional services).
