The points in your Business Account will remain active as long as you continue to earn or use Qantas Points on eligible activities at least once every 18 months. Each time you complete an activity (such as earning or using points with our program partners), the time period resets for another 18 months after your last activity:
This 18 month time period starts from the date of your last eligible activity. So, if your last activity was an eligible flight, the activity date is the date the flight was taken, or if the last activity was earning with a program partner other than Qantas, the activity date is as advised by the partner as it appears on your Points Activity Statement.
