A stored traveller is someone who flies regularly for work and is added to a company’s Qantas Business Rewards Account to make booking business travel more efficient.
For businesses, it saves time booking flights, hotels and car hire as your stored travellers details will automatically populate when selected from the “Travellers” dropdown in the booking flow, or for even greater convenience, enable self-booking to allow the traveller to book their own travel.
If self-booking is enabled for the traveller, they will be able to book and manage their own flights via qantas.com or the Qantas app. Plus, they can access benefits including member flight savings and earn more points for themselves and for their business. It’s a win-win.
Where the business’ ABN and the traveller’s Frequent Flyer number is added, the traveller will receive a Flyer Bonus of 250 Qantas Points† to their Frequent Flyer account. This is on top of the Qantas Points and Status Credits already earned as a Frequent Flyer.#

From the Business Account, hover over your business name to select 'Manage Travellers' from the dropdown.
In the 'Travellers' tab, select 'Add a traveller' and fill in the traveller's details.
Enable self-booking for the traveller.
Now when booking flights in the Qantas Business Rewards Account, you will be able to select your new stored traveller in the flights, hotels and car hire search field.
Log into your Frequent Flyer account on qantas.com or the Qantas app, and open 'Book a trip' (View more ways to book).
Select the "I'm travelling for" business toggle.
