Use your business’ Qantas Points to upgrade your next flight directly from your Qantas Business Rewards Account. Available on select flights, Classic Upgrade Rewards^^ can be requested up to 10 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and up to 24 hours prior to departure for international flights.
Log in to your Qantas Business Rewards Account, click ‘Manage Trips’ and select ‘Upgrade’ next to the existing flight booking you wish to upgrade.

With all these great ways to use your business' Qantas Points, it's important to make sure that you're across our ‘Transfer Points' functionality which enables you to transfer the points your business earns to any Frequent Flyer Account ready to use##.
Log in to your account and head to the ‘Transfer PointsOpens in a new tab or window' page. You can transfer a minimum of 3,000 Qantas Points to any Qantas Frequent Flyer Account.
Choose who you want to transfer the points to by selecting them from your saved recipients in the drop-down. You can add a new recipient by inputting their name and Qantas Frequent Flyer number.
Nominate how many points you would like to transfer.
Answer your security question: we will ask you to answer the security question supplied when you were setting up your account.
Verify your identity with a One Time Pin (OTP). A OTP will be generated and immediately sent to the email address connected to your account. Open this email and enter the OTP in the box.
You're done! The recipient will then receive an email notifying them that the points have been transferred into their Frequent Flyer Account and they can go and redeem them.

## In order to transfer Qantas Points from a Qantas Business Rewards account to an individual’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account, the business account must have a balance of at least 3,000 Qantas Points. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and redeem Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. Seats are subject to capacity controls, availability is limited, and some flights may not have any Classic Flight Rewards available. Taxes, fees and carrier charges are payable to Qantas (excluding any amounts payable to third parties at the airport) in addition to the points required..
