Real estate agent Louis Saba got more than insurance with BizCover – he got the support he needed when starting out.

As Harcourts is Saba’s first business, he felt he had a lot to learn. “Do I need professional indemnity? Do I insure the staff?” He phoned a broker but it took weeks to hear back; in that time, he’d seen BizCover on the Qantas Business Rewards site and the company arranged his insurance with no fuss. “They helped me understand exactly what I needed, everything from shopfront insurance to public indemnity.”
The quote was $1,000 cheaper than the broker’s and he spent the savings on director’s indemnity for extra protection.
“I don’t want anything to happen to the business or my staff, especially during a pandemic.”
With the Qantas Points he’s earned, Saba plans to fly his team to a conference in Queensland. “The points were a reason to go with BizCover but not the main reason. BizCover is now a friend, not just a partner.”
