Having spent years as a single mother in high-pressure roles, HR specialist Tanya Pavez was determined to do things differently when she launched Magnetic People in 2017. “I’ve strategically diversified our business across a number of industries, which means my team and I travel to shipping ports along the coast of WA and to the very centre of the country. We’ve always had pro bono clients, too, including the First Nations Foundation. My father was a police officer stationed in the NT when I was born.
