What is changing and why?

We are constantly looking to improve and update your Qantas Business Rewards Account features to help make your life as a business owner or employee easier and enable you to make running your business even more rewarding. So we have some exciting new program features and benefits on the way.

To enable these new features and provide you with greater flexibility when you are allocating permissions to your Account users, we have split out the ‘Manage company bookings and credit cards’ single permission into two separate permissions so now you will be able to select from:

  • Manage company bookings
  • Use and manage credit cards

Any account user that had permission to ‘Manage company bookings and credit cards’ previously, will now automatically have both ‘Manage company bookings’ and ‘Use and manage credit cards’ selected in their permission profile with no change in functionality for the user.

Should you wish to change the permissions of any account users given this new flexibility simply go to the Manage People page, ensure you are in the ‘Account Users’ tab, then find the account user you would like to update and select ‘Edit’ next to their name.

You can then select from the list of permissions below and once you are happy with your selection then click the ‘Update profile’ button and their permissions will be instantly updated.
