Here are the ways to book a flight and access your point earn on partners

Qantas Business Rewards

Log in to your Qantas Business Rewards Account and book an eligible flight. You'll have access to your exclusive flight savings, plus your ABN will be automatically added into the booking, earning points for the business on eligible flights.

You can also access your Qantas Business Rewards benefits when making a booking on qantas.com by connecting your Qantas Frequent Flyer Account and Qantas Business Rewards Account.

 

With your travel agent

Make sure your travel agent adds your business' level in the program to get the applicable discount, as well as your business' ABN and the traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer number to all bookings.

With Qantas.com and the Qantas App

Employees can make their own discounted bookings on qantas.com and through the Qantas app, when they have been added as a 'stored traveller'.

To set up employees as a stored traveller follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Log in to your Qantas Business Rewards Account on the website.

Step 2: Go to the company name drop down and select 'manage people'.

Step 3: Add the traveller's details and enable ‘Frequent Flyer self-booking'

Your ABN and the travellers Qantas Frequent Flyer number will be automatically added into the booking enabling the traveller to earn points for themselves^ and the business on eligible flights. Find out more.

 


Important Information

Δ A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member and registered for GST or be an Australian Public or Private entity or other incorporated company, and not be a travel agent or on a Corporate Deal with Qantas to earn Qantas Points for the business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 applies, is inclusive of any applicable GST and may be varied by Qantas from time to time, without notice, in its absolute discretion. Qantas Points for business are offered under the Qantas' Terms and Conditions and earning thresholds apply. Qantas Points earned on air travel are determined in accordance with the airline earn table. A Member's ABN and traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number must be quoted at the time of booking to earn Qantas Points for both the business and the traveller. An eligible flight means a domestic or international flight which has a Qantas 'QF' flight number on the ticket that is purchased in Australia; has a ticket number commencing with '081'; and is booked and travelled for business on or after the date the business registers for Qantas Business Rewards. Exclusions apply. Qantas Points earned from air travel will be credited as a percentage of the value of a Bronze Qantas Frequent Flyer and will vary depending on the level of the Qantas Business Rewards member. 

^ You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points and Status Credits (where applicable) are earned on eligible flights with a Qantas or applicable oneworld® Alliance Airline or Airline Partner flight number on your ticket. Qantas Points and Status Credits may not be earned on some fare types and booking classes.
