From March 2025, we’re introducing an improved international dining experience in Economy cabin. Meals will be served on a new underplate with an additional side such as a salad, or cheese and crackers. Your customers can also look forward to new dishes including Angus beef steak, roast chicken breast, pumpkin tortellini and more.

New wines to debut on QantasLink flights
Eight new regional Australian wines will be available onboard all QantasLink Dash 8 flights from mid-March 2025, with six of these being from South Australian wineries including a Riesling from the Limestone Coast, a Pinot Grigio from Langhorne Creek and a Sauvignon Blanc from Renmark and McLaren Vale.

Enjoy a new seasonal inflight dining offering when travelling internationally in First and Business, such as pannacotta for dessert in First and braised Magra lamb for dinner in Business. Menu highlights include:

- Australian tasting plate of saltbush crusted goats cheese, lamb prosciutto, dukkah olives, piccalilli and bush tomato relish served with pepperleaf and parmesan lavosh.
- Seared Glacier 51 toothfish with sugar snaps, snow peas and lemon served with Cobram Estate Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil.
- Coratina extra virgin olive oil pannacotta with toasted almond praline.
Business
- Vegetable rendang with fragrant rice, cashews and spicy pickles.
- Roast chicken thigh cutlet with charred broccolini, feta, olive and almond dressing.
- Braised Margra lamb shoulder with rosemary potatoes, honey glazed carrots and crushed minted peas.
