What is the Qantas Distribution Platform

The Qantas Distribution Platform allows you to access Qantas NDC content

The Qantas Distribution Platform is a technology platform that modernises airline retailing, booking and servicing capabilities, creating a better experience, new opportunities for travel agents and delivers a more personalised and seamless experience for our mutual customers.

Qantas developed the Qantas Distribution Platform, using International Air Transport Association (IATA) New Distribution Capability (NDC) standards, as a technology platform that modernises airline retailing, booking and servicing capabilities, creating a better experience, new opportunities for travel agents and delivers a more personalised and seamless experience for our mutual customers.

To access content and offers via the Qantas Distribution Platform, your travel agency must be participating in the Qantas Channel and be connected with a Certified Technology Partner.

Take the time to build your knowledge and understanding of the Qantas Distribution Platform and learn how your travel agency can become part of the Qantas Distribution Platform journey.

How the Qantas Distribution Platform works

The Qantas Distribution Platform works as an offer and order management system which houses a sophisticated pricing and merchandising engine, using schedule, fare and availability information, as well as other airline data, to create and distribute tailored Qantas NDC offers and richer content for you to access when shopping for your customers

Qantas utilising the Qantas Distribution Platform

Using IATA NDC standards, Qantas can distribute these offers through Certified Technology Partners, or even to your Travel Agency directly, for you to access. You can also access a suite of unique offers, previously only available through Qantas.com, that are now available on bookings made via Qantas Distribution Platform.

Additionally, the Qantas Distribution Platform enhances your end to end retailing experience through the way you shop, the information you see and how you service customer bookings.

The Qantas Distribution Platform journey

The Qantas Distribution Platform journey enables you to unlock the full potential of Qantas NDC, giving new opportunities for you and our mutual customers to access.

Qantas is focused on continually working with travel agents and Technology Partners, across the globe, to deliver new and innovative content for you, as we look to deliver even more capabilities and features that benefit both you and our mutual customers.

The future of distribution is here, and the Qantas Distribution Platform is your way forward.
