Register for the Qantas Distribution Platform portal

Your agency can register for the Qantas Distribution Platform portal for simple access to Qantas New Distribution Capability (NDC) content. The new portal gives agents an additional option to experience the great benefits of the Qantas Distribution Platform. 

Agency Managers can apply for access on behalf of their agency via My Agency Profile on Qantas Agency Connect.

Pre-requisites for agencies to register for the Qantas Distribution Platform portal

Registered for the Qantas Agency Connect site

Your agency has an active account on the Qantas Agency Connect site with a current Agency Manager profile. Click here to register for Qantas Agency Connect.

A valid IATA, TIDS or ARC

Your agency has a valid IATA, TIDS or ARC number.
TIDS agencies require a Consolidator to be registered to the portal, to ticket on behalf of your agency.

Registered in the Qantas Channel

Your agency is registered in the Qantas Channel agreement. Click here to apply for the Qantas Channel.

Registering your agency for the Qantas Distribution Platform portal

When your agency is ready to access the portal, your Agency Manager can register by following the steps below: 

  1. Log into Qantas Agency Connect, access My Agency Profile and complete the form on the 'Qantas Distribution Platform portal' tab.  
    Please have your travel agency details, including your IATA/TIDS/ARC, on hand to complete the form. 
  2. Once you have submitted the form, an acknowledgement email will be sent to the nominated Agency Manager, and the application status table will replace the application form in the 'Qantas Distribution Platform portal' tab. 

What to expect after submitting your application

  • Information for individual travel agents or consultants

    If you are an individual travel agent or consultant looking to set up your access to the Qantas Distribution Platform portal, speak to your Agency Manager who will onboard you through your agency’s profile. Once your Agency Manager has set up your access, you will receive a welcome email from with log in credentials and a link to the portal to set up a password and 2FA.
