Members can book and manage flights, hotels and car hire for their business, access member flight savings on eligible Qantas flights, save on Qantas Club memberships and earn Qantas Points for their business on everyday business expenses such as Qantas flights, hotels, car hire, petrol, insurance, technology, stationery and much more. In addition, each Frequent Flyer will receive an exclusive Flyer Bonus for every eligible flight booking – an additional 250 bonus points, on top of the points and Status Credits they already earn.

The Qantas Frequent Flyer program is a loyalty program which rewards individual members with Qantas Points for flying with Qantas and partner airlines, using a direct earn credit or charge card, purchasing from partners, or with Qantas Points transferred from the Qantas Business Rewards program.

Frequent Flyer members who fly for business continue to earn their Qantas Points and Status Credits as normal, however if they are a Qantas Business Rewards member, the business also earns additional Qantas Points on top of what their traveller earns.

If your business is a member of Qantas Business Rewards, you will have access to a Qantas Business Rewards Account where your business can earn and use Qantas Points. If you are a member of Qantas Frequent Flyer, you, as an individual, have an account where you earn and use Qantas Points for yourself.
Travel Agent businesses are eligible to be Qantas Business Rewards members, however ineligible to obtain flight discounts and Qantas Points from flying. Audit processes apply and penalties may result where agents are found in breach. As a Qantas Business Rewards member, Travel Agent businesses may earn Qantas Points from all other partners in Qantas Business Rewards such as Mint Payments, TravelPay, BP Plus and Red Energy, subject to the terms and conditions of each offer.
