To access the saving and benefits associated with your Qantas Business Rewards membership, ensure your travel agent knows that your business is a member of Qantas Business Rewards and what your level in the program is. It is important to ask your agent to enter your business' ABN and each traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer number in the booking. Your travel agent can refer to Qantas Agency Connect for information on how to enter the ABN, to check if your business is a member and to find out how to access member deals on flights applicable to your level.
You can check via the ‘Manage Trips’ tab in your Qantas Business Rewards Account. If the booking isn’t showing in ‘Manage Trips’ and was booked through Qantas, contact us on 137478 and select option 2 to have the ABN added or you can self-service through qantas.com, in Manage booking.
If the booking was made through a travel agent, please check with your travel agent.

A Gold Accelerator is a benefit available to Qantas Business Rewards Level 3 members, enabling one Frequent Flyer per year to achieve Gold Frequent Flyer Status faster, by reducing the Status Credit earn criteria to 100 status credits in a 90-day period. Once the 100 Status Credits are earned within the 90-day period, the traveller will automatically be upgraded to Gold for a minimum of 12 months.
To calculate how many Status Credits you’ll earn on your upcoming trips, click here.

Gold Accelerator nominations run yearly. Annual nominations will be open for the 12 month period starting March 15th. If you nominated a traveller prior to 15 March, you can nominate again as part of the new nomination year.
Each month you will be able to nominate a traveller for a start date of the following three months. The last date you will be able to nominate for the following month is the 15th of the month prior. For example, if you are nominating a traveller prior to 15 April, you will be able to select the commencement months of either May, June or July. If you are nominating after the 15th of April, you will be able to select the commencement months of either June, July or August.
When the nomination is received, a validation process will occur to ensure the traveller is eligible for the accelerator. This validation process will occur at the start of the nomination month .
Once validated and activated, the Frequent Flyer will be notified at the start of their Gold Accelerator period. The Gold Accelerator will commence on the 1st of the month nominated, and the Frequent Flyer will have 90 days (about 3 months) in order to earn the required 100 Status Credits.
If the traveller successfully meets the required criteria, the Frequent Flyer will receive an email confirmation and their status will be upgraded to Gold. They will remain a Gold Frequent Flyer for a period of at least 12 months.
Eligible flights are those booked and ticketed with a Qantas flight number (QF) where Status Credits are usually earned. Bonus Status Credit earn and Status Credits earned not via way of an eligible flight will not contribute towards the 100 Status Credits required.
If successfully validated, the traveller will receive an email confirmation at the start of their requested 90 day period. The nominated traveller will only be notified if they are subscribed to the 'Flight specials, news and updates’ or ‘Your points balance and news’. Travellers are recommended to review and update their marketing preferences via their Frequent Flyer profile to ensure they receive the email notification.
The Frequent Flyer will be upgraded to Gold status for a period of at least 12 months.
As long as your business remains a Level 3 member, you will be able to nominate another Frequent Flyer in the next year once the nomination form has reset.
Once a nomination is received from your business, the nomination form will close until the next nomination year commences. If you believe the message to be an error, please call us on 13 74 78, (select option 1, Mon-Fri 7am-7pm AEST).
All Level 3 members will be eligible to make one Gold Accelerator nomination per year. Any unused benefit does not roll over.
