Account Managers, or their nominees who have access to all features, can add or remove users or change user permissions in their Qantas Business Rewards Account once logged in by clicking 'Manage people' in the top navigation bar.
Should a user be removed or remove themselves by deactivating, they will lose all access to the Qantas Business Rewards Account and no longer have authority or permission to access any membership benefits such as Qantas Points associated with the account. The user will also not be able to restore their own access at a later date, it will require the Account Manager to do so.
Users with Account Manager permissions within their nominated Qantas Business Rewards Account can update and hand over the Account Manager status to another user in the account by logging into the Business Account, accessing Account Settings and checking the Business Information tab. This change will be processed within 24 hours after which the new Account Manager will receive email notification that the change has been processed successfully.
Users can also change the permissions of the other account holders in their team by using 'Manage People' after logging in.
In the event that the Account Manager has left the business, or no longer has access to their Qantas Business Rewards Account, the business owner or authorised senior executive may send a request to establish a new Account Manager via email to qantasbusinessrewardsteam@qantasloyalty.com. Within 2 business days, a team member from the Qantas Business Rewards Service Centre will review and communicate the outcome of your request.
For any further enquiries, call the Qantas Business Rewards Service Centre on 13 74 78 option 1 from 7AM to 7PM (AEST) Monday to Friday.
