When booking via your Qantas Business Rewards Account, qantas.com (under ‘travelling for business’) and the Qantas app, you will see a 'Member Deals' flag on specific fares, along with the saving (either in $ or points, depending on the currency you're booking with). When booking via an agent, you will need to tell your them your membership level, and they will then be able to access Member Deal discounts on your behalf.
You can check via the ‘Manage Trips’ tab in your Qantas Business Rewards Account. If the booking isn’t showing in ‘Manage Trips’ and was booked through Qantas, contact us on 137478 and select option 2 to have the ABN added or you can self-service through qantas.com, in Manage booking. If the booking was made through a travel agent, please check with your travel agent.
If your booking was made through a travel agent, ask your agent to change the ABN to the correct one before you travel. If your booking was made on qantas.com or through a Qantas Contact Centre, please call the Qantas Contact Centre on 13 74 78 and select Option 2, between 7AM to 7PM Monday to Friday (AEST) and Qantas will amend the ABN for you.
An eligible flight to earn Qantas Points is a regular scheduled flight operated by Qantas, Emirates or American Airlines with a Qantas ‘QF' flight number shown on the ticket that was purchased in Australia and ticketed on a Qantas (081) ticket and excludes:

To manage a flight booked using Classic Flight Rewards or Points Plus Pay, you’ll need to have full-access user permission to manage trips and use points for your Business Account selected in your profile.
To change an upcoming flight, navigate to the ‘Manage trips’ tool within your Qantas Business Rewards Account, select the trip which includes the flight you want to change, and click ‘Manage’ on the flight. This will then allow you to make a change to your booking.
If someone in your business has booked a Classic Flight Reward for you on an upcoming flight, you’ll need to reach out to a travel arranger within your Business Account with the permissions outlined above to make a change. Bookings paid for in cash or by using Points Plus Pay can continue to be changed online via qantas.com.

When booking a flight in your Qantas Business Rewards Account, the red ribbon shown in the calendar indicates that there is a Classic Reward Seat available on that date.
When searching for a flight in your Qantas Business Rewards Account, the lowest available fare will be displayed in the date selector calendar and in your search result. Once you select a specific flight and cabin, you will be provided the option to view all the fare types available for that flight.
The CO2 value displayed is an estimate of the carbon dioxide equivalent emitted per traveller based on the selected flight and cabin. You can access detailed reporting on your CO2 emissions via the ‘Reporting’ tab in your Business Account.
You can use Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit or debit cards, existing Travel Credits (Flight Credits, Qantas Pass, Qantas TravelPass and Qantas Credits) or Qantas Points to pay for your flights.
You can use a MasterCard debit card as a form of payment on flights booked within your account, without incurring any payment processing fees.
For bookings made with an infant or child, you are not able to re-issue the tickets via Manage Your Booking. If you would like to re-issue a ticket, please contact us on 13 74 78 option 2.
Yes, bookings can be made that include an infant. If you need to make any changes to the booking, you will need to contact us on 13 74 78 and select option 2.
Once you have completed your flight booking go to the ‘Manage Trips’ page. Find the trip you would like to select a seat for and click the ‘Select seat’ option.
Customers can purchase Jetstar flights through their Business Account. Jetstar flights can be booked as standalone or in combination with a Qantas operated flight.
Only bookings made directly through a Qantas Business Rewards Account can be viewed and managed via the Business Account. Bookings made on qantas.com, through the Contact Centre or through Jetstar.com will not be able to viewed or managed through the Business Account.
As you go through the booking process, qantas.com guides you and you’ll have a specific field to input your ABN.
However, if you've been added as a stored traveller with self-booking enabled in a Qantas Business Rewards Account, simply log in to your Frequent Flyer Account on qantas.com and choose ‘travelling for business' in the booking flow. Your ABN will be automatically added. You'll also have access to exclusive Member Deals on flights.
Members who use a travel agent can continue to do so – your agent will be able to assist you in making the most of your member benefits.
Carbon offset is not yet available in the Qantas Business Rewards Account. We are working on making this functionality available to members. If you want to offset any of your bookings, you can continue to do so through Qantas.com.
Please select ‘Manage Booking’ on your flight, enter the PNR and the new traveller's last name and this will display the confirmed details of the booking. We are working on updates to our Manage Trips functionality that will display the updated name in the event a name correction or name change was completed.
If you booked your accommodation from your Qantas Business Rewards Account, you will be able to manage directly from your Business Account, under 'Manage trips'.

You can book a single room to accommodate multiple travellers in the same reservation (for example, 2 adults, 1 child). You’ll need to indicate the total amount of people staying in the same room when submitting your search request. Hotel results will return with rooms that meet your occupancy search request.
You can only book one room at a time per reservation. If you need to book multiple rooms, you’ll need to create a new booking for each room.
When making a hotel booking through your Qantas Business Rewards Account, earn up to 6 points per $1 spent. That’s 3 points for business, and 3 points for the Frequent Flyer.

By making a hotel booking through your Business Account you can create a trip and consolidate the individual bookings for your business travel, including flights, hotels and car hire, into a single view so you can see everything in one place. Plus, your ABN will automatically be added to your booking, so you don’t miss out on earning Qantas Points for yourself, as a Frequent Flyer, and your business. You can also easily book for your stored travellers.

In the search results the price displayed is the nightly rate, to help your business book a hotel that meets your requirements and/or business travel policy. The distance from search location indicates how far the property is from your specified search location to make it easy to find a hotel that is in a convenient location for your trip.
